winner of the Manassas Battle of the Bands in the Garage Band category, and a finalist in the Mid-Atlantic Band Battle  (Finals are August 30th at Jammin Java) is comprised of students from Colgan and Robinson high schools brought together by sheer force of will and rock n’ roll. They have combined each member’s different music style into one glorious, beautiful, mess of a genre (thrash-punk-indie-rock in case you were wondering) and hope to share their newfound franken-genre with the music community. Pomegranates on Fire has five wonderful members: Abby (bass), Brock (guitar), Marshall (guitar), Sydney (vocals), and Terra (drums).
